Ceder Lake is situated on the north-eastern side of Clanwilliam Dam with uninterrupted views of the water and the majestic Cederberg mountain range.

The five-hectare development will consist of 31 freestanding holiday homes and 22 sectional title lodges, each of which has been situated on the site in order to maximise the potential of the whole development. In particular, every home will offer views of the water and the mountains.

There are 3 house unit types available, comprising 2, 3 and 4 bedroom options, perfect for the family holiday or week-end away. The resort lodges offer single bed cottage units, with kitchen facilities and cosy open plan layout.

A resort hotel and conference centre will be added to the development in a later phase. This will provide restaurant and bar facilities, a swimming pool and a wonderful deck area that will offer spectacular sunset views across the dam.

The planning, urban design and landscaping of Ceder Lake have been undertaken by the renowned Stellenbosch architectural firm Dennis Moss Partnership. The design takes into consideration the climate, environment and historic qualities of the surroundings by using a selection of materials that complement the natural landscape and keep with the vernacular of the Cederberg region.
